How to make the 4D cinema POV video
The "front row of a 4D cinema" format is a first-person shot from a theater seat where something on the screen suddenly breaks out into the room. It works because the viewer is the one sitting in the seat: the surprise lands in the first second.
Steps
- Open the Front Row 4D template. It needs no photo, so it's perfect for faceless pages.
- Choose what comes out of the screen. Big, recognizable things work best: a giant wave, a dinosaur head, a dragon's fire, stampeding horses.
- Make it. In about a minute you get a vertical clip with the theater, the audience in the foreground and the effect bursting out.
- Add the hook on screen in the first second: "POV: you got front row at the 4D cinema".
Why it works
POV puts the viewer in the scene, and the "4D" promise sets up an effect they want to see. Make it a series: a new movie every day, and let comments pick the next one.
